mr. Mark Hlady

Mr. Mark Hlady currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fortress Financial Corp, a private Alberta based corporation established to secure financing for oil and gas projects. Mr. Hlady also serves as President of Global Sport Marketing Corp, which manages the PGA¹s annual Nationwide Golf Tournament in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Hlady sits on the Board of Directors of Legacy Sports Group, which is part owner of the Calgary Stampeders Football Club. In addition Mr. Hlady served three terms as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for Calgary-Mountain View from 1993 to 2004. Mr. Hlady was formerly a director of Welwyn Resources Ltd., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company. Mr. Hlady will devote sufficient time as is required to effectively fulfill his duties as a member of the Board of Directors of COTI.
